I am still taking flax seed oil. I think it helps a little with all the cold to hot air we cycle through in the winter. I haven’t been as dry as I remember last year. It wasn’t a “wow!!!” look at this, but more subtle.

The yogurt mask is yummy if you’re eating it, but can be a bit of a chore on. It goes on cold and is kind of sticky. I leave it on for 5 mins and rinse off. But, it’s worth it because I think it’s lightening some of the little scars I have. The Arcona was supposed to help with that, but I noticed the biggest improvement with my yogurt mask. You’ll have to come by and I’ll give you a sample.

I’m using Arcona almost exclusively. I like the Youth Serum + Desert Essence + Reozone during the day. At night, I’m doing the complicated regimen of switching between Gentle Solution (I love it!), Vitamin A and Night Breeze. My skin hasn’t been this stable since my early 20’s. I’m hooked. I use my home made yogurt as a mask 2 times a week or so. It leaves my skin plump and gently exfoliated. (I can give you some.)

I know your skin tends to be sensitive, but I think you’d be fine on the Gentle Solution. Go to W3LL and have them give you a sample. Start out using it 3 times a week and see if you like it. Be very careful about what you are washing your face with. There can be harsh chemicals even in cleansers that are supposed to be for sensitive skin. Cetaphil has parabens which have been linked to cancer. Feel free to let me know what you’re using and I can research it and post about it for you.
