I Hate Cold Sores!
And, I bet you do, too. That’s because they’re awful and take forever to go away. There is hope. I know I tell everyone I can about it, but it seems many people still don’t know. I take one 500mg dose of Lysine a day.
Lysine is an amino acid that our bodies don’t produce so we have to get it from the foods we eat. Research has shown Lysine helps control cold sore outbreaks. I have tried it and it has drastically cut down the number of cold sores I have. Unless, I happen to be REALLY stressed out, I don’t get any. This year, I’ve already had two. So, here’s hoping yoga cuts down on the stress!
